Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is hiring caring teammates to work with young children on the autism spectrum. You’ll provide 1-on-1 support with kids under 6, using play and ABA strategies to build communication, independence, and social skills.

No ABA experience? No problem. We’ll teach you the essentials and support your growth, with a clear path to RBT certification within 45 days and opportunities to advance as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
• Reliability and strong follow through.
• Resilience and compassion, especially on tough days.
• Minimum age 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical readiness for the role: can push, pull, lift up to 35 pounds, sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk and move quickly with kids.

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with children under 6 years old who have autism to build skills in communication, independence, play, and social connection.
• Use play, connection, and ABA Therapy to help children learn and grow.
• Celebrate and document progress, big and small.
• Create a safe, positive environment for every child you work with.
• Get a pay raise in your first 45 days by obtaining your RBT Certification.
