Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking empathetic teammates to work 1-on-1 with children under 6 who have autism. You will support communication, independence, play, and social connection through play, ABA strategies, and caring supervision.

No prior ABA experience is required. We offer a clear path to RBT certification with a potential pay raise within 45 days, competitive hourly wages, and a schedule from Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with children under 6 years old who have autism to help them build communication, independence, play, and social connection.
• Use play, connection, and ABA Therapy to help children learn and grow.
• Celebrate and document progress, big and small.
• Create a safe, positive environment for every child you work with.
• Pursue your RBT Certification (nationally recognized) to earn a pay raise within 45 days.
