Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Minnesota is seeking Believers to work one-on-one with children under 6 with autism, helping them build communication, independence, play, and social connection.

You will learn the necessary skills on the job; bring heart, reliability, and a willingness to be coached. No ABA experience is required—training is provided with opportunities to pursue RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
• Reliability and strong follow through.
• Resilience and compassion, especially on tough days.
• Physical readiness to lift up to 35 pounds and move with children.

Responsibilities

• Work and play 1-on-1 with children under 6 with autism to build skills.
• Use play and ABA therapy to help children learn and grow.
• Celebrate and document progress; create a safe, positive environment.
