Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking patient, compassionate teammates to work 1-on-1 with children under 6 diagnosed with autism. You’ll help them build communication, play, and social skills in a supportive, play-focused setting.

No prior ABA experience is required; we’ll teach you the skills and offer a clear path to growth, including an opportunity to pursue RBT certification and a path to a pay raise within 45 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• No ABA experience required; training provided to learn necessary skills.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work and play 1-on-1 with children under 6 years old who have a diagnosis of autism, helping them build skills like communication, independence, play, and social connection.
• Use play, connection, and ABA Therapy to help children learn and grow
• Celebrate and document progress, big and small
• Create a safe, positive environment for every child you work with
