Job summary

Network for Hope leads the Authorization Services Education program, developing standardized training, coaching, and competency evaluation for Family Support Coordinators. The Educator mentors staff, ensures ongoing education aligns with regulatory standards and organizational values, and partners with leadership to identify training priorities.

Reporting to the Education & Development Manager, this role oversees onboarding, curriculum development, assessments, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in allied health, education, business, sales or marketing, pastoral care, psychology, social work, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Family Support Coordinator in an OPO.
• Experience and skills in empathy, discretion, and sensitivity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement training presentations and materials for onboarding, ongoing education, and annual competencies.
• Evaluate effectiveness of educational curricula and outcomes.
• Facilitate on-the-job and classroom training, in person and virtual.
• Manage orientee schedules to ensure balanced field and classroom experiences.
• Identify learning styles and adapt curricula to improve training effectiveness.
• Provide education on new processes and SOPs; maintain preceptor education.
• Oversee preceptor program, selection, evaluation, and continuing education.
• Serve as liaison between department and Education & Development team for training activities.
