Job summary

Network for Hope (NFH) is seeking an Authorization Services Educator to lead training and development for Family Support Coordinators. You will design curricula, mentor staff, and evaluate competencies to ensure programs meet regulatory standards and NFH values.

Reporting to the Education & Development Manager, you will collaborate with department leadership to identify training priorities, manage onboarding, ongoing education, and annual competency reviews, both on-site and virtually, fostering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, allied health/education/business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Family Support Coordinator in an OPO.
• Demonstrated empathy, discretion and sensitivity, with understanding of donation processes and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate and implement training presentations and materials for onboarding and annual competencies.
• Evaluate effectiveness of curricula and educator programs; adapt as needed.
• Facilitate on-the-job and classroom training, including virtual sessions and on-site preceptorship.
• Manage orientee schedules to ensure comprehensive field and classroom exposure; redirect activities as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between the department and Education & Development team for training initiatives.
