Job summary

eBSI Export Academy, a US-based IT Services/MSP environment, seeks a meticulous Full-Time Bookkeeper to handle day-to-day financial transactions, AP/AR, invoicing and basic stock control. The role also involves bank reconciliations and liaison with the accounting team.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Australian accounting practices and be comfortable working in an MSP-like setting. Knowledge of IT hardware/software invoicing is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as Bookkeeper/Accounts Officer.
• Strong hands-on experience with AP/AR and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting docs.
• Reconcile supplier statements and prepare payments.
• Issue customer invoices and allocate payments.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with GST/BAS bookkeeping.
