CustomerHD BPO is seeking a seasoned bookkeeper to join our growing team. You will work with QuickBooks Online, possibly QuickBooks Desktop, and PSAs like ConnectWise or Autotask. You’ll collaborate with a US client base of managed service providers on day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.

The ideal candidate has strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication, and a team-focused mindset. We offer paid training, a casual environment, and growth opportunities within a dynamic MSP-focused firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but experience counts.
• 1 year of accounting experience with QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily data entry and maintain general ledger records.
• Prepare and post journal entries with proper documentation.
• Reconcile bank statements, AP, and AR accounts.
• Track cost of goods sold and support margin analysis.
• Reconcile COGS-related accounts including inventory and production expenses.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close and reporting.
