Job summary

Canyon Ranch Austin is hiring dining team members to join the founding crew. You will serve clean, organic cuisine, educate guests, and build lasting relationships as part of a holistic wellness experience that aligns with our guest’s health goals.

This role offers hourly pay with AM and PM shifts, a vibrant team environment, and comprehensive benefits as Canyon Ranch expands in Texas. Start dates begin Fall 2026, during the Austin opening wave.

Qualifications

• Availability on weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings and evenings.
• Strong communication and listening skills with guests.
• Fluent English required to explain menus and take orders.
• Positive, proactive, guest-focused approach with urgency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve clean, organic, and sustainable cuisine to guests.
• Educate guests about offerings and build lasting relationships.
• Set up and break down dining room per SOPs.
• Greet guests, take accurate orders, and deliver promptly and courteously.
• Check in with guests during meals and anticipate needs.
• Represent Canyon Ranch as a welcoming ambassador of the wellness experience.
