Job summary

Canyon Ranch in Tucson, AZ is seeking a part-time retail associate to deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury wellness environment. You will greet guests, assist with product selection, process payments, and help maintain inventory.

The role requires 1–2 years in high-end retail, comfort with technology, and the ability to multitask with minimal supervision. Weekend availability is preferred and shifts run 12–6 pm or 1–7 pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years experience in high-end retail or related field.

Responsibilities

This role is primarily responsible for retail sales-oriented duties, and providing the highest quality of customer service to include greeting guests, attending to their needs, selling & suggesting products, taking payment for product sales and assisting with inventory counts as requested.

This is a part time position.

• 18-30 hours availability per week. Sunday and Monday availability preferred.
• Shift Times: 12-6 pm OR 1-7 pm

Compensation and Benefits

$16.00 per hour plus commission.

Qualifications

You will have a High School diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years previous experience in high end retail or related field.

You will have the ability to multi-task and make decisions independently when necessary and are comfortable working productively independently with minimum supervision. You are comfortable with technology and are able to easily learn and use proprietary software and possesses a calm and approachable demeanor with excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills.
