Job summary

Acima Leasing is seeking an Area Sales Manager in Austin, TX to drive growth with retailers across the territory. You will call on prospects, enroll merchants in our program, train their teams, and manage ongoing support.

The role offers a base salary of $60,000–$65,000 plus commission, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package; travel and performance bonuses may apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales or outside sales experience.
• Experience in enterprise account management or business development.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish and English encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Call on and present to new prospects while visiting an average of 11+ stores per weekday.
• Follow up on enrolled merchants to support lease applications or questions.
• CRM management of assigned merchants using Salesforce.
• Pipeline management to help the region hit growth goals.
• Support underwriting and inside sales during lease issues throughout the cycle.
• Train merchants on the program and online portal, including onboarding.
• Answer general questions about Acima's processes.
• Manage merchant pipelines and provide ongoing training and support.
• Generate new leases from personally enrolled merchants.
• Manage marketing and point-of-sale materials distribution and implementation.
