Job summary

Acima Leasing in Austin, TX, is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth by selling our lease-to-own solutions to retailers across the territory.

The successful candidate will build relationships with merchants, enroll them in our program, train teams on the online portal, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle while meeting territory growth goals. This role offers base salary plus commission, mileage reimbursement, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise account management, business development, or outside sales.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Call on and present to new retailer prospects across the territory.
• Support enrollment and onboarding of merchants in Acima's program; train teams on the online portal.
• Manage merchant pipelines and support leases throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with underwriting and inside sales as needed.
• Generate new leases from enrolled merchants; manage marketing materials distribution.
