Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree a plus.
• 1-3 years of progressively responsible work related experience and any combination of education and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job;
• Ability to learn and maintain indebt knowledge of the company’s diverse business and product lines

Responsibilities

• Perform sales calls, traveling to customers and facilities to share information and support, make sales presentations, quote prices, take orders and close transactions.
• Provide customer service to ensure resolution of issues within marketing policies
• Communicate customer requirements and request support from other departments as necessary
• Monitor territory performance against objectives and take strategic action to improve performance
• Provide product feedback to product line managers and management to support company objectives
• Assist in establishing sales objectives for the territory with the District Manager and ensure compliance with policies
• Provide timely reporting of field activities and special reports for business and product planning
• Develop a territory coverage plan defining support and contact frequency
• Analyze regional opportunities and forecast sales by customer and product
