RECRUITMENT PARTNERS INC. is seeking an experienced General Manager in Austin, TX to lead store performance, drive profitability, and develop high-performing teams.

The role focuses on metrics like conversion, AOV, UPT, and year-over-year results while integrating training, merchandising, inventory, and operations to deliver exceptional results. You will partner with regional teams, own customer experience, coach in real time, and maintain strong product knowledge to align with company standards

Qualifications

Proven retail leadership experience in premium, luxury, or specialty retail.
Passion for craftsmanship and Western heritage.
Strong track record in driving sales, KPIs, payroll and store performance.
Experience building and leading high-performing teams with coaching.

Responsibilities

Lead store talent strategy, including hiring, onboarding, coaching and performance management.
Build leadership capabilities through delegation, accountability and regular meetings.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, store operations, safety, cash handling and compliance.
Partner with regional teams to drive execution and continuous improvement.
Own customer experience, sales performance, and service culture on the floor.
Ensure visual merchandising, product presentation, inventory accuracy and standards.
