Recruiting will focus on Sales with cross-functional support. You’ll partner with the Talent team, hiring managers and People Ops to screen candidates, move interviews, and maintain clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound sourcing for open roles, focusing on sales recruiting.
• Screen candidates using criteria agreed with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and managers informed of next steps.
• Conduct interviews and create a strong candidate experience.
• Manage job postings and candidate records in the ATS.
• Support offer logistics and onboarding handoff.
