Qualifications

5+ years in Product/Data/Business Analysis focused on SFMC and Salesforce data.

Translate marketing goals into SFMC solutions and data enablement strategies.
Own Marketing Cloud platform, roadmap, release management, and stakeholder validation.
Serve as SFMC SME on automation, personalization, deliverability, and governance.
Bridge marketing, technology, and analytics ensuring data strategies align with business needs.
Review lead flow rules and audience definitions within the Customer Data Platform.
Manage SFMC automations and journeys syncing data from data extensions.
