Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• Licensed in Texas by start date and able to obtain credentialing for virtual care in additional states.
• Active state license and strong primary care background.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams to coordinate care.
• Utilizing clinical training and performing in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Pursuing additional state licensure/credentialing for expanded virtual care.
