Austin, TX-based Turtle is seeking an Outside Sales Associate to join our team. This is a salary plus unlimited commission position focused on growing existing accounts and pursuing new business opportunities.

You will travel within an assigned territory, build relationships with customers, present product solutions, and negotiate terms. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and knowledge of lighting, power distribution, and industrial products.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities are essential.
• Experience in industrial/commercial sales and customer relationships is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products.
• Manage and grow existing accounts and pursue new business.
• Increase sales by reaching new customers and upselling to current clients.
• Develop product applications using knowledge and internal resources.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Understand customer operations to identify objectives and needs.
• Prepare product quotations with inside sales and follow through to purchase completion.
• Travel within an assigned territory and maintain a valid driver's license.
