Job summary

Turtle is seeking an Outside Sales Associate in Round Rock, TX to drive growth in existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities within the territory. This full-time role offers a salary plus unlimited commission and requires travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Industrial and/or Commercial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Lighting and Gear product and application knowledge essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products.
• Manage and grow existing accounts, and pursue new business accounts.
• Develop new business by reaching out to potential customers and expanding product lines.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships and learn customer operations to identify objectives.
• Process product quotations and coordinate with inside sales to support purchasing cycles.
• Travel within an assigned territory and maintain a valid driver’s license.
