Job summary

BoozeBiz LLC is seeking an Austin TX Market Manager to lead brand development in Austin and surrounding areas. The role combines in-person account activations with building relationships to grow distribution and revenue, working closely with distributors and the internal teams.

The candidate will engage premium on- and off-premise accounts, travel within Texas, and drive market initiatives. Requires deep knowledge of the Austin scene and a passion for agave spirits.

Qualifications

• Experience in building relationships with premium on-premise accounts
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Impressions and activations: engage with influential accounts, plan events and tastings
• Volume and revenue: build trust with buyers, showcase value and secure placements
• Be the face of the brand in Austin, coordinate with distributors for distribution and brand visibility
• Travel within market and evenings/weekends as needed
