Job summary

Raydar is seeking a Litigation Paralegal in Austin, TX to support attorneys throughout the lifecycle of cases—from intake to trial and appeal. The role focuses on calendaring, court submissions, discovery handling, and evidence management, with on-site trial support and client coordination.

You’ll manage deadlines, draft and file papers, and assist with e-discovery and trial preparation. The position offers full-time hours with an initial on-site schedule and potential hybrid later.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules, filing requirements, and Texas deadlines.
• Proficient with e-filing platforms and routine case management practices.
• Experience supporting cases from intake through trial, including discovery and trial prep.
• Ability to juggle multiple matters with overlapping deadlines and work with senior/junior attorneys.
• Experience with corporate formations and cap table/option plan management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain calendars, deadlines and docket entries to meet court requirements.
• Prepare and file court papers and discovery documents for attorney review.
• Gather, review, organize and produce evidence using e-discovery tools.
• Maintain tidy digital and paper files for each matter.
• Research legal questions and summarize transcripts and case materials.
• Lead logistics for depositions, hearings, mediations and trials, including exhibits and witnesses.
• Support attorneys on site during trials and travel as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, outside parties, vendors and court personnel.
