Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Knowledge of Texas and federal civil procedure and e-filing systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and legal case management tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or an ABA-approved paralegal certificate

Responsibilities

• Manage case calendars, court deadlines, and electronic filings.
• Draft, format, and proofread pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and legal correspondence.
• Coordinate discovery, document production, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Maintain case files, prepare exhibits, and organize deposition transcripts.
• Conduct factual research and public records searches.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, vendors, and legal professionals.
