Addison Group is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its Austin-based team. The role supports Texas civil litigation from inception through judgment, including drafting, filings, and trial prep.

The candidate should have 3+ years of Texas civil litigation paralegal experience, be proficient in court filings and deadlines, and be comfortable in a fully onsite setting. Competitive pay and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Texas civil litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience handling matters from inception through judgment.
• Strong knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Experience with electronic filing systems and deadline management.
• Trial preparation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation cases from inception through judgment.
• Assist attorneys with property tax, delinquent tax, and foreclosure litigation matters.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Electronically file court documents and monitor filing requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate court settings, hearings, and other litigation-related activities.
• Assist with trial preparation, evidence organization, and case documentation.
• Communicate with court personnel, opposing counsel, clients, and other relevant parties.
• Maintain organized case files, legal documents, and case management records.
• Track case activity, deadlines, and litigation progress across a high-volume caseload.
• Conduct legal and procedural research as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy across all assigned matters.
