Job summary

Texas Sports Academy is seeking a Junior IT Operations Specialist in Austin to support the IT Operations Manager with daily tasks, device configuration, and campus technology operations.

You will image MacBook Neos, manage shipments, process returns, and provide first-line user support for students and staff across Texas. This role requires 1–3 years of IT support experience and comfort with hands-on work.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on IT support or IT operations experience.
• Familiar with macOS deployment and mobile devices.
• Comfort with hands-on logistics and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT Operations Manager on daily tasks and keep priorities clear.
• Image and configure MacBook Neos, install standard software, apply security profiles.
• Receive, log, inventory, and ship devices to campuses across Texas.
• Process returns and reimage devices for redeployment as needed.
• Provide first-line support to students and staff for device issues.
• Maintain accurate device tracking and internal documentation.
