Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support exposure through internships, help desk work, campus IT roles, coursework, or personal projects.
• Working experience with macOS deployment and management, and comfort supporting iOS or comparable mobile devices.
• Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager, Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle, or a comparable platform.

Responsibilities

• Support the IT Operations Manager on daily execution and own assigned tasks.
• Assist with imaging and preparing MacBooks, installing standard software, applying MDM profiles, and configuring user accounts.
• Help receive shipments, log serial numbers, maintain inventory, and pack and ship laptops across Texas.
• Process returned or end-of-life devices, wipe/reimage, and redeploy if possible.
• Serve as the first point of contact for student and staff device issues, resolving issues or escalating as needed.
• Maintain accurate device tracking, ticket notes, and internal documentation.
