Job summary

Hajoca Corporation is looking for an Inside Sales & Service Representative in Austin, TX to provide outstanding customer service and drive sales for our Profit Center. You will process orders, assist customers, and work with the Profit Center Manager to hit revenue and margin targets.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in customer service or inside sales, prefer knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center, and are proficient with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales; contractor sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the Manager.
• Process Sales Orders and Bids from telephone sales transactions.
• Assist customers who pick up orders at the Profit Center.
• Grow sales with existing customers and become their trusted advisor.
• Generate sales leads and develop new customers.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate our solutions.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain satisfaction per company policy.
• Support Counter and Outside Sales activities as part of the Profit Center team.
