You will assist customers, process orders, manage inventory, and collaborate with the Profit Center Manager and Credit Manager on revenue, margins, and credit risk. A service-oriented candidate with 1+ years in customer service is sought.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or counter sales.
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter with purchases and pickups.
• Process and fill Sales Orders generated at the sales counter.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and well-displayed counter area.
• Provide customers with reliable information on product specs, pricing, and availability.
• Support inventory and assist with stock and delivery tasks.
• Adhere to safety and security policies at the point of contact.
