Hajoca Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Manager for the Hendersonville, NC Profit Center. Lead a team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service and community presence.

You will oversee sales operations, recruit and train staff, set goals, and analyze financial reports to increase profits and customer satisfaction. A strong leadership focus and experience in a sales environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in customer service or inside sales; contractor sales preferred.
• 1+ year of leadership experience
• Knowledgeable of products sold in the Profit Center and effective sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of performance, sales operation, and financial performance of the Inside Sales team.
• Recruit, hire and train a team of inside sales personnel.
• Set clear performance expectations and goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
