Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of Security Leadership experience.
• Reliable transportation for travel to various client sites.
• A valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company vehicle insurance standards.
• Availability for duties outside standard hours as needed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security services to ensure high standards.
• Build and maintain strong client and employee relationships as the main point of contact.
• Meet with clients regularly to address issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
• Visit and inspect supervisors and security officers for compliance and proficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of post specifications, emergency procedures, and client policies.
• Assist in staffing, budgets, and payroll development.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and regulations.
• Recommend improvements for efficiency and service quality.
• Follow progressive discipline for corrective actions.
