Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks a Project Executive in Austin, TX to lead design-build construction delivery for ground-up industrial projects beginning in Q1 2027. You will own staffing, budgets, buyout, and project execution with support from regional teams.

Direct collaboration with development and design leadership will shape feasibility, budgets, and construction turnover, while building the local Austin team for ongoing growth and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Strong preconstruction capabilities including budgeting and design management.
• Experience leading project managers and field teams; develops talent.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, procurement, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through feasibility, design coordination, and construction.
• Own budgets, forecasting, and subcontract negotiations to ensure profitability.
• Partner with development and design teams to align scope, cost, and schedule.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead project management and field personnel.
• Develop execution plans and manage procurement, schedule, and safety.
