Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of design and/or construction management experience preferred.
• Cross-functional knowledge of architectural, structural, MEP and related disciplines.
• Experience taking conceptual design through construction with internal and external partners.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Interprets design build RFPs and develops work plans with stakeholders.
• Leads design team and consultants to meet schedule and budget goals.
• Reviews and coordinates design documents and codes compliance.
• Manages external design partners and contract negotiations.
• Drives client communication, change management and value engineering.
