Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and cloud-based systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance multiple activities and projects for team members; track items and delivery dates.
• Develop pitches and presentations for clients for broker team.
• Execute marketing campaigns: scheduling, mailing lists, campaign reports.
• Update brokers' transactions on websites and client contract portals.
• Manage transaction-related processes: deal sheets, invoices, and payments.
