Job summary

LHH is partnering with a well-established construction services organization to recruit a Branch Manager in the Austin Metro area. This hands-on leadership role oversees branch operations, including sales, customer service, finance, and personnel development while driving growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

The role offers a salary of $115K-$120K plus bonus, with strong opportunities for leadership impact, autonomy, and operational excellence in a fast-paced service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent leadership experience and proven business management success will also be considered.
• Proven track record overseeing branch, regional, or business unit operations within a service-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams spanning sales, operations, customer service, and field support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the branch financial performance, revenue growth, profitability, and operating results.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, employees, and partners in the local market.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the sales team and manage talent development.
