Job summary

LHH is partnering with a well-established construction services organization in Dallas to recruit a Branch Manager. The role oversees branch operations, including sales, service delivery, financial performance, and employee development, while acting as the face of the business in the local market.

The ideal candidate will lead a fast-paced team, drive growth, ensure safety and customer satisfaction, and manage budgets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent leadership experience will be considered.
• Proven track record overseeing branch or business unit operations in a service-driven environment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams spanning sales, operations, and service.
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance to meet objectives.
• Strong leadership presence with ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Direct the branch's financial performance, revenue growth, profitability, and operations.
• Build strong local market relationships with customers, employees and partners.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team and manage performance.
• Support business development with key accounts and strategic sales initiatives.
• Oversee daily branch activities across operations, dispatch, field teams and customer service.
• Promote safety, efficiency, accountability, and service excellence.
• Mentor and develop a tenured workforce and foster teamwork.
• Drive growth strategies to strengthen market presence while maintaining discipline.
