Job Description
Job Summary

Establish a compliance program designed to prevent and detect violations of applicable laws and regulations, protecting the Business from liability related to fraudulent or abusive practices. Ensure the Business understands and complies with laws and regulations in the healthcare environment. Oversee investigations and follow-up to ensure accountability for compliance.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Perform ongoing compliance audits using state evaluation tools related to audit and monitoring activities.
  • Define audit scope and criteria, review evidence, document findings, and recommend improvements.
  • Advise departments on compliance risks related to Federal and State regulations and contracts.
  • Contribute to annual risk assessments and audit planning.
  • Monitor corrective actions imposed by regulatory agencies for contract issues.
Job Qualifications
Required Education

Associate degree or equivalent experience.

Required Experience

1-3 years.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.

Preferred Experience

3-5 years.
