Job Summary

Establish a compliance program to prevent and detect violations of applicable laws and regulations, protecting the Business from liability related to fraudulent or abusive practices. Ensure understanding and compliance with laws in the healthcare environment. Oversee investigations and follow-up to ensure accountability.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Perform ongoing compliance audits using relevant evaluation tools.
• Define audit scope, review evidence, document findings, and recommend improvements.
• Advise departments on compliance risks related to federal and state regulations.
• Contribute to annual risk assessments and audit planning.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions from regulatory agencies.

Job Qualifications

Required Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience.

Required Experience: 1-3 years.

Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related area.

Preferred Experience: 3-5 years.
