Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc (CDPHP) invites undergraduates and graduates to a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program. Interns contribute to meaningful projects, are mentored by managers, and participate in development workshops across business, IT, analytics, and more.

Selected interns work up to 40 hours/week, with mentoring and exposure to Power BI, data analysis, and policy tracking. Housing is not provided, and remote work may be available case-by-case.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in business, IT or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Model Audit Rule Control Testing and MAR review activities.
• Attend Operational Audit Planning Meetings and assist with controls testing.
• Update and generate Audit dashboards using Power BI.
• Support policy tracking and documentation preparation.
