Qualifications

• Desired majors include Public Health, Psychology, Business Analytics, Market Research, Business, Mathematics, Marketing, Statistics.
• Must be willing to take trainings in survey design and data analysis.
• High School diploma with proof of continuous college enrollment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• The Research Insights intern will conduct primary research projects that will help improve the performance of the Health Plan and its affiliates.
• Develop simple surveys, data analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to develop recommendations to improve operational efficiencies and the customer experience.
• Mentor with key strategic projects and complete assignments.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and protection of member privacy.
• Regular and reliable attendance is expected.
• Perform other functions as assigned by management.
