Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA license required.
• 5–8 years of experience in public accounting or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements from planning through delivery with minimal supervision.
• Supervise and mentor staff, including performance evaluations and coaching.
• Assist Principals/Partners with identifying and pursuing new clients.
• Enhance client relationships and contribute to firm profitability.
