Job summary

You will interact with clients to provide strategic insights for process improvements, controls, and financial reporting, while collaborating with partners to shape audit strategy and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant audit experience
• Progressive leadership responsibilities in a CPA firm
• Equivalent certifications permitted for IT audit

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of audit professionals in planning, executing, and concluding audit engagements
• Ensure adherence to engagement timelines, budgets, and firm standards
• Provide strategic insights to clients for improving financial processes, controls, and reporting
• Collaborate with partners and directors to develop audit strategies and plans
• Oversee resource allocation, roles, and audit program development
• Offer guidance on complex accounting and auditing issues and monitor milestone progress
• Coach and mentor audit staff and seniors for professional growth
• Ensure documentation quality and regulatory compliance of audit workpapers and reports
• Identify opportunities to expand client services and participate in proposals and networking

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

CPA license
