Job summary

CyberCoders in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our growing public accounting team. You will lead audit engagements, mentor staff, and strengthen client relationships in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, a CPA is strongly preferred, and has 5+ years of public accounting with solid GAAP knowledge. Hybrid schedule and competitive benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Review financial statements, audit workpapers, and supporting documentation.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor.
• Supervise, train, and mentor senior and staff accountants.
• Identify accounting, audit, and internal control issues and provide practical recommendations.
• Ensure engagements are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with professional standards.
• Assist with complex accounting and technical research matters.
• Participate in business development and contribute to firm growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion
• Review financial statements, audit workpapers, and supporting documentation
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
