Overview

Audit Manager – For-Profit Clients (Hybrid | Indianapolis)

Our client is hiring an Audit Manager to join our growing team in Indianapolis. This role is ideal for an audit professional who enjoys leading client relationships, mentoring teams, and contributing to strategic growth. If you’re passionate about for-profit clients—especially in Manufacturing or Construction—and have your sights set on Partnership, we want to hear from you.

Salary

Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Lead audits, reviews, and compilations for for-profit clients—ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery
• Act as the main point of contact for key client relationships
• Review financial statements and audit documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Identify opportunities to provide added value beyond compliance
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of professionals
• Support business development efforts, including networking and cross-selling services
• Collaborate with firm leadership to grow the For-Profit industry vertical
• Contribute to internal initiatives like staff training and process improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of for-profit audit experience
• Experience with Manufacturing or Construction clients preferred
• Active CPA license
• Strong technical skills and a passion for mentoring
• Proven leadership experience and potential for future Partner role
• Comfortable managing both the day-to-day and being a trusted senior resource for the team
• Proficiency with audit software and tools such as CCH ProSystem, CaseWare, QuickBooks, Excel
