You will work with a team to test controls, analyze data, and prepare audit documentation while developing a deep understanding of client processes and technology systems.

Ideal candidates are pursuing accounting degrees, aiming for CPA licensure, and possess bilingual English/Japanese skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college pursuing accounting degrees.
• Pursuing CPA licensure requirements in the primary location.
• Completion of at least one college-level accounting course.
• GPA 3.0 or above preferred.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Alteryx or Power BI preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and ability to learn audit tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial statement audits with a focus on accuracy and independence.
• Prepare clear audit documentation and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Execute testing of controls and account balances under guidance.
• Support high‑quality audits and collaborate with the engagement team.
• Utilize data analytics tools including AI, Excel, Alteryx, SQL and Power BI.
