The position requires CPA track progress, accounting degrees, strong English and Japanese language skills, and fluency with Excel, Alteryx, and Power BI. In-person work at the office is common, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor of Accountancy, Master of Accountancy, or equivalent program.
• Pursuing CPA licensure in the state of business presence, with required credits before start date.
• GPA 3.0 or above preferred.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Alteryx or Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial statement audits and support capital markets accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare audit documentation detailing client processes, IT systems, and risk points.
• Test client controls, including IT, security, and governance controls; identify misstatements.
• Assist in high-quality audits using data analytics, AI, and auditing technologies.
• Develop process improvements and coordinate project deliverables and client relationships.
