Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA license required.
• 6+ years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee audit and assurance engagements for professional services clients, guiding teams through all phases of the engagement lifecycle.
• Drive engagement strategy, including planning, staffing, budgeting, and execution, ensuring on-time delivery and value.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and decision-maker for client engagements, communicating progress and recommendations to principals and client leadership.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through coaching and performance management.
• Cultivate strong client relationships by discussing engagement objectives, scope, timelines, and fees.
• Review and enhance audit programs and internal controls, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
• Monitor engagement performance, budgets, and deadlines, identifying process improvements.
• Facilitate impactful client meetings, presenting findings and strategic insights.
