Job summary

CLA is seeking an Audit & Assurance Senior to join our Carolantaville Professional Services Industry team. Based in one of our offices in Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; or Winston-Salem, NC, you\'ll work directly with professional services clients, supporting audit and assurance engagements while developing specialized industry knowledge.

Lead the execution of audit engagements, manage planning and fieldwork, and deliver timely financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• CPA or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam preferred.
• Two+ years of public accounting experience in audits, reviews, and compilations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of audit and assurance engagements for professional services clients from planning to final delivery.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
• Evaluate client accounting processes and controls to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Assess internal controls and provide recommendations to strengthen financial reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures in compliance with standards.
• Act as primary contact for engagement teams and clients, communicating progress and findings.
