Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee audit and assurance engagements for professional services clients.
• Drive engagement strategy: planning, staffing, budgeting, and execution.
• Serve as trusted advisor and communicator to client leadership.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams with coaching and guidance.
• Cultivate client relationships and discuss objectives, scope, and fees.
• Review audit programs and internal controls for quality and compliance.
• Monitor performance, budgets, and deadlines to deliver value.
