CliftonLarsonAllen LLP is seeking an Audit Director or Audit Manager to join our growing Carolantaville Professional Services Industry team. This in-office role can be based in Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh, or Winston-Salem.

As a key client advisor, you'll lead audit engagements, drive engagement strategy, and mentor high-performing teams while delivering exceptional client service with rigorous quality controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm.
• CPA license certification is required.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee audit engagements for professional services clients from planning to delivery.
• Manage staffing, budgets, and engagement timelines.
• Mentor and develop audit teams, ensuring quality control and compliance.
