The Director will coordinate with partners, clients and staff, oversee multiple audits, train staff, and drive new business development for the firm while maintaining high quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Approximately 10 years in public accounting with at least 2 years in a senior manager role, with strong government auditing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Current CPA license.
• Ability to travel to client and firm locations.
• Experience auditing state and local governments (cities, counties, districts, schools).
• Experience conducting audits under GAAS and Uniform Guidance.

Aufgaben

• Liaise between Partner, client and staff; maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Manage multiple audits and engagements; schedule and staffing coordination.
• Develop and train staff; participate in business development for the Firm.
• Lead role on engagements, possibly as engagement partner, and ensure compliance with firm policies.
• Oversee billing and collections; supervise engagement teams and review work papers.
