Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher in accounting/related field.
• Foundational accounting knowledge (GAAP/GAAS).
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam.
• Interest in pursuing CPA licensure.
• Clear written and verbal communication; team oriented.
• Compassionate, proactive, authentic and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform audit procedures to assess financial statements for accuracy.
• Evaluate internal controls and support a quality product within client timelines.
• Build relationships with clients and address inquiries proactively.
• Analyze disclosures to identify misstatements and take corrective actions.
• Review client records for accuracy and completeness.
• Pursue ongoing auditing knowledge through trainings and CPA-related certifications.
